Counseling

I offer individual therapy for adults in 50-minute sessions, typically held weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and preferences.

Sessions are a space to talk openly, reflect, and work through what’s been feeling heavy or confusing. We may explore stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or patterns that feel hard to change. Therapy is collaborative and paced to feel supportive-not rushed or overwhelming.

Sessions are available in person in Austin, Texas, and via secure telehealth for clients located in Texas.
